Submit your Energy Performance Certificate
Our business provides low cost Energy Performance Certificates, as a way to provide energy efficiency advice to residential households. If you already have a certificate, we won’t ask you to complete another (there would be no point) but we do give you the option to share a copy of your certificate with us. Doing this is free of charge, and allows us to
- Send you a letter showing how your property ranks in the census so far – i.e. how your EPC ratings compare to other properties we have seen in your area
- Keep a note of your recommendations, so we can contact you if (in the future) we negotiate any discounted or subsidised services for properties in your area
To submit your EPC, you have to be the owner of the property, and you must be happy to give us your permission to keep a copy on record. However, your personal details will not be disclosed to any other parties without your permission.
The links opposite show you how to find your unique reference number and submit this to our registration team. You won’t need to have a electronic copy of the EPC, all we will need is the reference number.
